Another short hop to Shroud Cay. Now we’re in the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. No fishing, no shelling and no cell reception. We anchored on the Exuma Bank side (west) and took our dinghy to the Dinghy Route through the mangroves to the Exuma Sound side (east). It was lucky that we timed it for high tide because we bumped the sandy bottom a bunch of times.
We saw some turtles and a small shark back in the winding passages. As we came out to the sound there are some hills that you can climb to get a better view. We beached the dinghy and up we went.
When returned to a Luna, we had picked up some more ramoras. No more delusions about having a clean boat.
