We saw this from our anchorage the on the way south as well. There are tourist excursions to see these pigs from just about every other place we visited in the Exumas. We just had to come back and see what all the hype is about. As it turns out, large pigs are cuter from a distance.
The pigs are generally squeaky and snorty. We dinghied in to shore for an up–close visit. Those who anchored a little bit offshore got visited by swimming pigs hoping for treats.
