Lobster Cay - Stowaway

We made a tiny hop to Lobster Cay. This is not a walking on the sandy beach kinda cay. The smallest waves are hitting that rocky shore and echoing back to us. I’ll keep my distance. We were able to snorkel a little coral head about 60 feet from the back of the boat. That’s the best one we’ve seen so far. We saw grouper, squirrel fish, saddle wrasses, barracuda, trigger fish and lots more.

We did look under the boat to see if the ramoras had made the jump with us but they hadn’t. As we left the anchorage this morning, there were about a dozen other catamarans around us. I guess the ramoras were afraid we’d eventually get all the yummy stuff off the bottom of our boat so they jumped ship to a fuzzier boat.

We can’t figure out when or how this little fellow got on board. He’s about 2 inches long.
